Job Title: Job Posting Title BI Associate (TCF) Job Description This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing large amounts of data to enable visualization, insights, and data-driven decision-making within the Global - Executive Reporting team. Would be involved in End-to-End lifecycle of the Dashboard / reports: •     Interfacing with relevant stakeholders and users on understanding of the data flow and usage between applications. •     Support gathering requirements and Consultation / Solution Design. •     Should be able to communicate effectively during the development phase. •     Conducts and leads UAT, Troubleshooting and Resolution. •     End-user Engagement: Communication and Education. • Implementation and management of cross-functional performance indicators (KPI- s) to deliver related insights, seeking to drive significant impact and value enabled through data-driven decisions across the business.  : Work collaboratively with Lead Business Intelligence Consultant or Supervisor to Plan and deliver analysis to operational management – analysis includes information surrounding root cause, impact assessment and identifying key areas for possible process improvement.  : Package information to drive forward actionable insights. • Leverage data and information structure to ensure - single source of truth.  • Improve the data availability by acting as a Subject Matter Expert between cross functional teams.  • Ensure data accuracy, timeliness and validation prior to presentation. • Support business solution requirements and partner with the development and application delivery teams on developing reports / dashboards to feed into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI's and dashboards. • Works closely with multi-department Subject Matter Experts to support effective reporting and assist with testing for updates/improvements to existing business systems. • Develop reference materials for mapping and cross-referencing, creating methods for monitoring and reporting data incidents.  Author documentation for SOPs and the knowledge base.  Creating playbooks around the role and deliverables. • Actively promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries.  Willing to break down functional silos to drive.
