Job Title: Refer a Friend (Spain Master) Job Description Refer a Friend Program: Simplified Rules Objective The Refer a Friend program allows Concentrix Spain Region employees to recommend candidates for job openings and earn a referral bonus. Who Can Participate? All employees can participate, except: Supervisors/Team Leaders and Direct Supervisors for their own teams. Program Managers/Directors if the candidate is hired for their program. HR Recruitment Department employees. How to Recommend a Candidate? Please refer using the button above and fill in the details of your friend Eligibility Conditions The candidate must not have applied to Concentrix Spain Region in the last 6 months or been referred by another employee in the past year. The candidate cannot be a former employee who left less than two years ago. Interns are not eligible for referral. Any leave (unpaid or sick) longer than 1 week delays the required 3-month employment period for the bonus. Other Key Points The recruiter for your project has 48 hours priority over your referral. You can check the status of your referral via a link provided by email. HR can only share if the referral is “In process” or “Hired”—reasons for rejection are confidential. If a referral is not hired within 1 year, you must refresh it to remain eligible. If a candidate is hired for a different position or language than initially recommended, the bonus will adjust accordingly.
