Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Reutte, Österreich mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.    Ihre Aufgaben: Als Expert:in für Prozessentwicklung tragen Sie dazu bei, unsere Fertigungstechnologien kontinuierlich zu verbessern und Innovationen in den Bereichen Formgebung und Sintern voranzutreiben. Projektleitung in Innovations- und Optimierungsprojekten mit Schwerpunkt Formgebung und Sintern – in enger Abstimmung mit Produktion, Qualität und Produktmanagement Planung, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Versuchen sowie Begleitung der Produktionsüberleitung Analyse bestehender Fertigungstechnologien hinsichtlich Qualität, Prozessstabilität und Wirtschaftlichkeit Beratung bei prozessbezogenen Problemstellungen in der Produktion Mitwirkung in Forschungskooperationen und Betreuung von Abschlussarbeiten sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Forschungsinstituten Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Verfahrenstechnik, des Maschinenbaus, Chemieingenieurwesens, Werkstoffwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung Breites technisches Verständnis; Kenntnisse in Pulvermetallurgie und Prozessoptimierung von Vorteil Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsskills Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen und Weiterbildungen Starke Vorteile : Ein dynamisches Umfeld mit einem starken Teamspirit auf Augenhöhe Umfangreiche Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem technologisch geprägten Umfeld   Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle zur Förderung von Work-Life-Balance Sehr gutes Betriebsrestaurant mit gesunden und abwechslungsreichen Mahlzeiten Sehr attraktiver Bike-Leasing Service mit bezuschusster Premium Versicherung sowie kostenlose Sportangebote, bspw.
