Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Reutte, Österreich mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.    Ihre Aufgaben: Mitbetreuung unseres globalen Kundennetzwerks durch Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei der Angebotserstellung, Angebotsverfolgung, Auftragsabwicklung sowie bei der Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden Mitwirken bei Kundenreklamationen, Koordination der Kundenspezifikationsprüfung und Forderungsmanagement Überwachung von Lieferzeiten, Termintreue und Versandabwicklungen Abwickeln der Prozesse in SAP (Auftragsbearbeitung, Datenpflege, etc.) Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Kundenbesuchen, Messen & Marketingaktivitäten Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK/ HBLA) und erster Berufspraxis oder alternativ Lehre mit einschlägiger Berufspraxis; idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb Serviceorientiertes Denken, ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsfreudigkeit und Teamfähigkeit Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), idealerweise auch SAP-Kenntnisse Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil Starke Vorteile : Ein sicherer Arbeitsplatz in einem kerngesunden, international tätigen Privatunternehmen Verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben, ein dynamisches Team und ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima Flexible Arbeitszeiten durch Gleitzeit Fachspezifische Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Weitreichende Angebote zur Erhaltung und Förderung der Gesundheit   Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis in Österreich: Mindestentgelt lt.
