Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Kempten, Deutschland mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.    Ihre Aufgaben: Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Central-Inventory-Management Teams Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlich optimalen Bestandssituation entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette  Durchführung von globalen Analysen und Berichten hinsichtlich Beständen und Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen Enge Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen hinsichtlich einer ganzheitlichen Bestandsstrategie  Implementierung / Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Tools sowie Prozessen innerhalb der Abteilung zur Sicherstellung der notwendigen Qualitätsstandards Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbares Studium Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, Bestandsmanagement, Demand Planning oder in der Produktionsplanung Erprobte Führungserfahrung kombiniert mit starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit und überzeugender Teamorientierung Hervorragendes analytisches Denken, eine effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein konsequenter Fokus auf hochwertige Ergebnisse Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP‑ und Planungstools kombiniert mit exzellenten Excel‑ und Analysefähigkeiten Starke Vorteile: Attraktives Gehaltspaket, Zuschuss zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge und VWL Modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit neuesten Technologien und ergonomischen Arbeitsplätzen Täglich vergünstigte & gesunde Verpflegung in der Betriebskantine sowie kostenloses Wasser, Obst und Kaffee Sport- und Gesundheitsangebote (u.a.
