Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Reutte, Österreich mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.    Ihre Aufgaben: Sie unterstützen bei der Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung im entsprechenden Produktionsbereich und wirken bei Projekten zur Steigerung von Produktivität und Qualität in der Produktion mit Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien und der Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit Gruppenleitung und Mitarbeitenden Förderung von Maßnahmen zur Automatisierung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen der jeweiligen Technologien Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Investitionsprojekten sowie der Inbetriebnahme neuer Maschinen und Anlage Durchführung von Prozessdokumentation und Benchmark-Analysen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung Prozesstechniker:in / Maschinenbautechniker:in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder Abschluss einer Fachschule (HTL, IKA Kolleg o.ä.) Selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten in Projekten, sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein Hohe Motivation und ausgeprägte Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft Teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Starke Vorteile : Verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben und Integration in ein starkes Team Gestaltungsraum für eigene Ideen und kurze Entscheidungswege Sehr gutes Betriebsrestaurant mit gesunden und abwechslungsreichen Mahlzeiten Faire Bezahlung und flexible Arbeitszeiten Wir fördern interne und externe Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten   Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis in Österreich: Mindestentgelt lt. Kollektivvertrag Metall (E) € 47.546,94 brutto / p.a. bei 14 Bezügen.
