Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Reutte, Österreich mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.      Ihre Aufgaben: In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie unser Geschäftssegment „Stäbe & Formrohlinge“ und erhalten die Chance, Schritt für Schritt in das Produktmanagement hineinzuwachsen. Sie betreuen unsere Standardprodukte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg und arbeiten eng mit Produktion, F&E, Supply Chain, Vertrieb und Marketing-Service zusammen. Pflege unserer Preissysteme (Standardpreissystem, Preisrechner, Preisdatenbanken) und Unterstützung bei deren Weiterentwicklung Mitarbeit an strategischen und operativen Zielen im Geschäftssegment Technische und lösungsorientierte Kundenbetreuung, inkl. Organisation von internen und externen Schulungen Analyse neuer Markt- und Geschäftschancen (Wettbewerb, Trends, Technologien) Mitgestaltung unserer digitalen Vertriebstools, z. B. CRM, KI‑Tools oder MS‑Teams‑Strukturen Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder alternativ eine kaufmännisch/technische Ausbildung (Matura-Niveau) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in Produktion, Vertrieb oder Produktmanagement Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Offenheit und Freude an Kommunikation Sehr gute Excel Skills, sicher im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen; SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus Deutsch & Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen (unter 20 %) Starke Vorteile : Gezielte Weiterbildungen – u. a. in Produktmanagement, KI oder Projektmanagement Dynamisches Team mit viel Austausch und flexibler Aufgabenverteilung Flexible Arbeitszeiten durch Gleitzeit & Homeoffice‑Möglichkeit Regelmäßige Team‑Workshops, Schulungen & Messebesuche Ein respektvoller Umgang und ein lockeres Umfeld - wir sind fast alle per du   Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis in Österreich: Mindestentgelt lt.
