Position type: Hourly Responsibilities Operate EDM machinery including set-up and program editing with ability to produce advanced routine/non-routine parts and components. Perform machining operations on a variety of EDM Machines including shop floor programming and using such procedures as multiple setups, in place machining of fixtures.  Study work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, reference planes, locations of surfaces and machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). Select, align and secure holding fixtures and cutting tools using hand tools and tool length off-set equipment. Qualifications Experienced Machinist Level. Ability to understand Blueprints and GD&T. Fluent in using all types of measuring equipment from hand tools to CMM and Optical comparators. Read and understand G and M codes. Strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
