Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Reutte, Österreich mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.      Ihre Aufgaben: Mischen und Kneten von Hartmetallpulver   Strangpressen von Hartmetallstäben   gemäß Produktionsvorgaben Schneiden und Trocknen   der gepressten Stäbe auf definierte Längen Maß- und Sichtkontrolle   der Strangpressteile zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards Dokumentation der Produktionsdaten und flexible Mitarbeit innerhalb der Abteilung Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, bevorzugt im Bereich Handwerk oder Metallverarbeitung Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Gewissenhaftigkeit Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft für 3-Schichtbetrieb und Überstunden Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit einem PC Starke Vorteile: Spannende Aufgaben, ein dynamisches Team und ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima Einen attraktiven Arbeitsplatz in einem international agierenden Unternehmen Täglich frische und gesunde Verpflegung im Betriebsrestaurant, Foodtruck und Kulinario Laufende Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten bis hin zu verschiedenen Sportangeboten Eine intensive Einarbeitung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung   Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis in Österreich: Mindestentgelt lt. Kollektivvertrag Metall (C) € 37.780,26 p.a. bei 14 Bezügen. Das tatsächliche Angebot berücksichtigt Marktpreise, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Diese Position wird im Rahmen einer Zusammenarbeit über Randstad Inhouse Service  besetzt. Es gelten dieselben Vergütungen, Zulagen und Benefits für alle Mitarbeitenden der Plansee Group am Standort.
