Vos missions: Piloter des projets d’amélioration de performance et de qualité au sein du service Implémenter les projets au sein de la ligne, former et apporter une assistance technique aux collaborateurs de la ligne Présenter les conclusions et réalisations des travaux au Management Être le point de contact des fournisseurs pour trouver des solutions innovantes Assurer une veille technologique et documentaire Votre profil: Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’Ingénieur spécialisé en Mécanique, en Qualité ou équivalent Avoir des compétences en gestion de projet et des connaissances sur des méthodes de travail telles que le 5S, Kaizen ou en Lean Management. Faire preuve de méthode, d’organisation et d’un grand sens des responsabilités Démontrer de grandes capacités d’adaptation et de communication Parler couramment Français et Anglais. L’allemand sera considéré comme un atout.
