Ihre Aufgaben: Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktionsanlagen zur Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Hartmetallen Rüsten, Abräumen und Reinigen von Maschinen im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb Durchführung von Sicht- und Maßkontrollen im Rahmen der Qualitätsprüfung Chargieren und Vorbereitung zur Weitergabe der produzierten Teile an die nächste Abteilung inkl. Dokumentation Aktive und flexible Mitarbeit im täglichen Produktionsablauf in der Abteilung Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre), bevorzugt in einem technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich Erste Berufserfahrung im Bedienen von Anlagen und Maschinen Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis Bereitschaft für 3-Schichtbetrieb, Überstunden und flexible Aushilfe Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, idealerweise einen Stapler- oder Kranführerschein oder Bereitschaft diesen zu absolvieren Starke Vorteile: Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, ein dynamisches Team und ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima Einen attraktiven Arbeitsplatz in einem international agierenden Unternehmen Eine intensive Einarbeitung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Täglich frische, kostengünstige und gesunde Verpflegung in Betriebsrestaurant und Food Truck Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Abteilung, bis hin zu verschiedenen Sportangeboten für alle Mitarbeiter:innen Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis in Österreich: Mindestentgelt lt. Diese Position wird im Rahmen einer Zusammenarbeit mit  Randstad Inhouse Service  besetzt. Es gelten dieselben Vergütungen, Zulagen und Benefits für alle Mitarbeitenden der Plansee Group.
