A ERM está em busca de um(a) Analista Socioambiental Junior, para compor o nosso time Socioambiental no escritório do Rio de Janeiro (RJ).    Requisitos: Graduação em Comunicação Social, Geografia, Ciências Sociais, Assistência Social, Economia e afins; Entendimento sobre projetos sociais; Noções de relações com comunidades; Noções de Educação Ambiental; Conhecimento de metodologias de pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa; Boa redação e comunicação escrita; Domínio de Pacote MS Office; Fluência em inglês (escrita, principalmente) Disponibilidade para trabalhos em campo.   Soft Skills: Trabalho em equipe (colaboração); Boa Comunicação; Pró atividade; Resiliência; Profissionalismo; Senso analítico e boa organização; Bom humor e interesse em aprender.
