The Role This role is primarily office- and desk-based, with opportunities to participate in on‑site activities depending on client needs. Our office is located in Milan. We offer flexible working arrangements, while expecting the consultant to attend the office and travel for project activities when necessary. Responsibilities Support the preparation of technical proposals and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with client needs. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders (colleagues, subcontractors, laboratories, regulatory representatives, tenants, and clients) during project preparation and potential fieldwork. Assist in environmental data quality control, interpretation, visualization, and preparation of technical reports. Contribute to high‑quality project delivery by supporting Project Managers and meeting expectations related to quality, budget, schedule, and assigned scope. About You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an environmental discipline (e.g., earth sciences, environmental sciences, hydrology/hydrogeology, geology, geochemistry, environmental engineering). Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in environmental consulting is considered an advantage. Knowledge of Italian environmental and H&S legislation. Belonging to Categorie Protette – L. 68/99 (mandatory). You are encouraged to apply even if you do not meet every requirement. Collaborative team player able to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently when needed. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear technical reports. Commitment to health & safety, following established protocols.
