Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Reutte, Österreich mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.      Ihre Aufgaben: Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Prozessfähigkeit bestehender Prozesse im Bereich der Rundumformung von Werkstoffen auf Molybdän- und Wolframbasis Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse und Technologien Ausbau der datengestützten Prozessführung und Prozesskontrolle in der Rundumformung Integration neuer Technologien in den Serienbetrieb Kontinuierliche Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen im Fachbereich und Umsetzung in OPEX Projekten Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossenes Studium, ggf. mit Promotion im Bereich Werkstoffwissenschaften, Umformtechnik oder ähnlichen Fachrichtungen – mehrjährige Berufspraxis erwünscht Alternativ eine vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung als Prozessingenieur Erfahrung im Bereich Umformung von metallischen Werkstoffen Ausgeprägte Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft Freundlicher, aber verbindlicher Kommunikationsstil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Starke Vorteile: Faszinierende Aufgaben rund um die Verarbeitung der stärksten Metalle der Welt Großer Freiraum bei der Bearbeitung verantwortungsvoller Aufgabenstellungen in einem dynamischen Team Gleitzeit mit flexibler Arbeitszeitgestaltung Entwickeln Sie bei uns Ihre Fachkarriere weiter durch finanzielle und zeitliche Unterstützung bei fachspezifischen und auf Sie angepasste Weiterbildungen Zusätzliche attraktive Angebote, wie z.B.
