Support client project team members to ensure successful delivery and outcomes by carrying out all activities in line with ERM and client procedures, processes and systems. Facilitates the flow or distribution of work/information/materials within or between projects in order to ensure schedules/deliverables are met. Details of how impact is measured (BSC) Zero Loss of Time Injuries (LTIs) and visible and demonstrable safety leadership as measured by engagement with ECS and the Active Leadership Audit programme. Profitability of project through efficient completion of activities; Quality of deliverables produced. Freedom to act: The extent to which the job is empowered to take action / make decisions Works under close supervision and in line with standard working practices, procedures and specific instructions'.
