LE POSTE : ERM recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de Permis Environnementaux motivé(e), ayant une expérience avérée dans l’obtention d’autorisations pour des projets d’investissement en France, pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris ou à Lyon. Vos principales responsabilités : Rédaction des volets environnementaux des projets, incluant les Études d’Impact Environnemental et Social (ESIA), les Due Diligence Environnementales et Sociales (ESDD), les Plans ou Systèmes de Gestion Environnementale, ainsi que le suivi environnemental des projets. Réalisation d’audits/évaluations sur site afin de soutenir les ESDD, ESIA et autres projets d’évaluation ou de suivi des impacts. Conduite de travaux environnementaux sur le terrain et supervision des sous‑traitants afin de garantir la conformité et la sécurité des opérations. Contribution à la rédaction des rapports de projet conformément aux exigences du système de gestion de projet d’ERM, y compris la réalisation de recherches et d’analyses. Participation à l’élaboration de propositions pour les clients clés. Votre profil : 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en permis environnementaux, en entreprise ou en conseil. Expertise technique dans la gestion des procédures d’autorisation environnementale en France, au service de projets d’expansion d’envergure. Bonne compréhension des Études d’Impact Environnemental (EIE), conformément aux exigences nationales et idéalement aux normes internationales des institutions financières. Une expérience dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables et/ou des centres de données serait un atout mais n’est pas obligatoire. Excellentes compétences en communication — expression orale, rédaction et présentation. Maîtrise du français au niveau C2 indispensable. Maîtrise de l’anglais pour rédiger et communiquer sur des projets internationaux. Engagement fort en matière de sécurité, incluant le respect rigoureux des protocoles de santé et sécurité. Disponibilité pour des déplacements.
