On our team, you will provide stellar care at one of the top healthcare organizations in the nation.   As Program Manager III, you will manage designated programs and systems while serving as a liaison between the department, external communities, and internal offices. You will oversee the intake and review of approximately 17,000 annual conflict-of-interest disclosures, identifying and managing potential conflicts in compliance with federal regulations and organizational policy. This includes developing management plans, limiting compensation or scope of services, reviewing outside contracts, and collaborating with Cleveland Clinic Innovations and the Law Department. You will also educate staff on conflict-of-interest rules and use disclosure management software to support compliance. Approximately 75% of this work is in the context of biomedical research, with a focus on conflicts of interest in research activities. A caregiver in this role works remotely in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. To be considered for this position, candidates must reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.  Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.  Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.  Allocate time to meet completion requirements.  Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.  Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.  Other duties as assigned.  Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience  OR Master’s Degree and four years of experience  Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development Strong presentation, communication and training skills  Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Master’s degree Healthcare settings Demonstrated expertise in applying federal conflict of interest (COI) regulations, including NIH COI rules governing biomedical research, as well as COI policies and requirements from other federal research agencies Significant experience interpreting, developing, and implementing COI policies within a large academic medical center, research institution, or similar complex organizational environment Strong background in designing and delivering COI-related education and training for faculty, physicians, researchers, and administrative staff, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance Familiarity with COI disclosure, review, and management systems, including software platforms used for collecting disclosures, managing COI workflows, and producing compliance documentation Ability to analyze complex COI scenarios and recommend appropriate management strategies, balancing regulatory requirements, institutional policies, and operational needs Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience drafting policy documents, guidance materials, or training content Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.  Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.   Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.   In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.   In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
