As the Team Leader – Data, Analytics & Visualization (DAV), you’ll lead a newly formed team at the forefront of innovation, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that power sustainability and infrastructure solutions worldwide. What Your Impact Is You’ll be the strategic force behind ERM’s DAV initiatives, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver cutting-edge solutions for Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation (LPMR) and Capital Project Delivery (CPD) programs. From ensuring data integrity to championing automation and visualization, your leadership will directly influence project success, client satisfaction, and environmental stewardship. Key Responsibilities Lead & Mentor: Build and inspire a high-performing team of DAV professionals, fostering collaboration and growth. Technical Oversight: Ensure data quality and integration across EQuIS™ databases and Esri GIS platforms; guide automation and visualization workflows. Drive Innovation: Champion advanced analytics and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and client value. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted technical liaison, supporting proposals, budgeting, and project delivery. Strategic Alignment: Define team structure and processes aligned with LPMR and CPD goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. What You'll Bring Required: BS/BA in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geography, Data Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in environmental data management, GIS, and/or data analytics, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Advanced proficiency with EarthSoft’s EQuIS™ software and modules and/or Esri GIS platform (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online). Expertise in data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience managing portfolio-level data quality and analytics programs. Background in environmental chemistry and analytical laboratory processes. Proven ability to write and implement SOPs for data quality, GIS, and DAV workflows. Familiarity with LPMR and CPD programs. Experience with cloud-based data platforms and automation tools.
