You’ll manage complex employee relations cases with care, ensure compliance that protects our people, and lead initiatives that foster engagement and belonging across ERM. You’ll also act as the senior escalation point for the People Advisory team across the EMEA region, helping ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes and confident decision-making. About the role High-impact scope: Own complex, high-risk ER matters and influence decisions that shape the employee experience across EMEA. Visible leadership: Coach and develop HR colleagues, strengthening team capability and raising the bar on advisory quality. Policy and practice: Turn legislation and best practice into clear, practical policies that work in real life. Strategic exposure: Partner with HR leaders on initiatives, trends, and improvements that make a measurable difference. What You’ll Do: Resolve high-risk employee relations issues and act as escalation point with empathy and precision. You’ll be the first point of escalation for People Advisory Specialists before matters reach the People Advisory Manager, helping drive timely resolution. Audit case files and maintain consistency in HR practices to support fairness and trust. Review and coach on case quality, ensuring outcomes are compliant, consistent, and well documented. Develop and implement HR policies that reflect both legislation and our people-first culture. Stay up to date on EMEA employment law changes and translate them into practical, scalable policy and process updates. Partner with leadership on strategic HR initiatives and data-driven decisions that enhance employee experience. Mentor HR team members and deliver training sessions that build confidence and capability. Lead HR projects and support change management to make transitions smooth and inclusive. What We’re Looking For: Expertise in employee relations and EMEA employment law. Including the judgement and discretion to manage sensitive, high-complexity matters confidently. Experience in policy development and compliance,  with the ability to balance risk, fairness, and employee experience. Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills to guide practical recommendations. Proven leadership and mentoring ability. You enjoy raising capability in others and creating clarity in complex situations. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
