We Synergise . We Innovate.   The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.   At the GDC, you will:   • Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.   • Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.   • Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.   • Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.   • Work in shifts where required , depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases , reliance on shifts will reduce . Role Purpose   Own the transition of Finance processes into the GDC, ensuring readiness, knowledge transfer, and seamless handover. The role bridges regional teams, IT, and tower leads during ERP rollout and future migrations.   Key Responsibilities   Create transition blueprints, readiness assessments, and detailed migration plans.   Manage onboarding, training, access, and cut-over coordination.   Monitor hyper-care performance and handover to steady-state .   Document lessons learned and maintain the transition playbook.   Coordinate with ERP project leads on data migration and change impact.   Experience & Capabilities   8–10 years in process-transition or migration management.   Experience of both process-transition execution and participation in major system-replacement programs.   Strong project-management and communication skills.   Exposure to ERP deployments and global shared-service setups.
