The Service covers the following areas of work: EHS/ESG/Carbon Data, Systems and Assurance Health & Safety Merger & Acquisition Due Diligence Digitally Enabled EHS/ESG/Carbon Integration into Management Systems, Compliance and Audits Business Transformation & ESG/Carbon Performance Improvements ERM has over 50 years of leading experience supporting clients with traditional EHS operational management and compliance. Our SO Service continues to build on this strong foundation to drive compliance and performance improvements at the pace and scale needed in today's dynamic market. We are currently seeking for an experienced and highly motivated Managing Consultant - Safety and Sustainable Operations , with an ambition to develop and hone their consulting skills, and the motivation to grow with our Taiwan team , getting involved in a wide range of service areas, to have exposure across industries, and collaborate across borders.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage projects in Safety and Sustainable Operations (SSO) functions offering with majority of the time designated to work relating to Environmental, Health and Safety Management, Phase I Environment Site Assessment (ESA), EHS Compliance and Audit, EHS permitting, ESG Due Diligence, EHS site support, general EHS consulting and training/coaching services, etc. Lead a project team of experienced EHS individuals, being responsible for driving operational metrics and project management. Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, driving their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Support sales efforts, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Effectively manage mid-scale projects independently and to support Partners and Project Managers in other projects as and when needed. REQUIREMENTS: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, Health & Safety, Chemical Sciences or related discipline; 7+ years of relevant experience in EHS/ESG management system, EHS Compliance Audit, with cross-practices of experiences as a plus (such as Phase I and Phase II ESA, and other relevant experiences); those with more years of experience are welcomed to apply; Familiar with local EHS legal requirements, especially in EHS permitting processes; Strong understanding about EHS Management System; Experience as an Internal or Lead Auditor for ISO Management Systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; additional external certifications are a plus. Experienced in small to medium scale of project management; Possess prior exposure to proposal and client management is a plus; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level clients effectively; Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken); and Ability to travel, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
