You will work alongside passionate and dedicated caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.   As a Project Manager II, you will manage   various phases of assigned projects , coordinate   t eam   activities,   and   accomplish   objectives   by planning and evaluating   strategies .       A caregiver in this position works   Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.    A caregiver who excels in this role will:    Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.   Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager III or IV.   Achieve operational   objectives   by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.   Prepare and   complete action plans.    Implement production, productivity, quality, and   customer-service   standards.   Resolve problems.   Completes audits and   identify   trends.   Determine   system improvements and implement   changes .   Meet financial   objectives   by   participating   in developing forecasting requirements.   Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.   Analyze   variances and   initiate   corrective actions.   Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.   Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:    Bachelor’s   D egree in   B usiness   or a related field   and t hree years of experience coordinating or managing various projects   OR H igh   S chool   D iploma/GED and seven years of experience   OR   A ssociate’s   D egree   and five years of experience   OR   M aster’s   D egree and   two   years of experience   Effective relationship building skills   Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:    Project Management Certification (PMP)   Physical Requirements: Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information Ability to travel throughout the hospital system Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.                          The policy of Cleveland Clinic Health System and its system hospitals (Cleveland Clinic Health System) is to provide equal opportunity to all of our caregivers and applicants for employment in our drug free environment.
