Job Responsibilities : The Business Development Manager for Mill Liners will be responsible for developing Milling Consumables go-to-market concepts and business development implementation. •Develop and manage product sales optimization (‘how to sell’) program •Manage development and implementation of long-term strategic contracts •Partner with respective groups to develop, and manage cross-collaboration, of marketing activities •Oversee and implement projects that deliver financial value to the business (e.g. e-commerce strategy, M&A business case coordination and development) •Scoping and management of strategic projects; maintains responsibility of deliverables and timelines; manages stakeholder expectations •Lead development of training materials and facilitate product/solution trainings globally •Participate as an active member of the Milling Consumables management team •Builds trust and productive relationships with stakeholders As an equal opportunity employer, FLSmidth embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
