Unterstützung beim Kundenrückläufermanagement, die Fälle intern aufnehmen, dokumentieren & kategorisieren Interne Qualitätsmeldung im SAP anlegen Bei Bedarf in 8D- und PDCA-Projekten zur Ursachenanalyse mitarbeiten Mitarbeit bei Erhebung, Erfassung & Auswertung von Prozesskennzahlen Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Q-Reporting & Fehleranalysen Dein Profil Eingeschriebenes Studium in einem naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Studiengang mit sehr guten Studienleistungen Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen und unseren Produkten Interesse an Kundenorientierung bzw. Kundenkontakt. Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich im Team, bist sorgfältig und zeichnest dich durch hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Motivation aus Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch Wünschenswert SAP Kenntnisse Klingt spannend?
