We’re currently hiring Supplier Quality Engineer to strengthen our Product Business Line Qingdao Manufacturing Site Quality team. Qingdao Quality team holds responsibility of quality control for entire manufacturing flow including supplier quality control and improvement, inhouse quality control and improvement, quality release and QMS management., etc. In this role, you’ll ensure our inhouse manufacturing quality and suppliers deliver to the highest quality standards, driving performance, compliance, and supplier development across your assigned field. Your responsibilities The Quality Engineer function has overall responsibility for the assigned products delivered from FLS QD workshop meeting related quality specifications to fulfil customers’ expectations. Enhance the production process control, product process review and summarize the project/PO from quality aspect (Lesson learned) to implement CAPA measures and keep continuous improvement of internal manufacturing process and supplier performance. Responsible of assigned products for quality planning, in-process quality control and continuous improvement correlated initiatives including order review, Quality requirements identification, conduct ITP& PSP and Checklist； Coordinating and ensuring suitable and effective inspections are carried out by FLS assigned inspectors at suppliers in accordance with defined quality plans and specified requirements (where necessary). Submit MDR including review inhouse MDR, collect and review suppliers’ MDR and other quality documentation such as WPS、PQR and WQR, etc.   Dispose customer quality complaints (FQR) and NCR encountered in internal and external manufacturing processes, issue and follow up CAPA； Collect and analysis quality data for specified products or manufacturing process to identify quality improvement area. Initiate quality improvement action to reinforce competitiveness; optimize working procedure and instruction to improve efficiency. Collect and analysis supplier quality data to identify quality improvement area. Initiate quality preventive plan and implement quality improvement action to improve supplier quality performance. Participate in or support the evaluation, development and improvement of selected suppliers, if required. Support Product audit and process audit, ISO 9001 and HSE audit; Accompanied with customer or third party for inspection/audit.   What you bring Education Background： Bachelor degree or above Major: Machinery manufacturing, Welding, Casting or metal material related fields. Bound of experiences correlated to welding, casting, machining and assembly; Be competent for quality control and troubleshooting. Over 5 years working experience in a mechanical manufacturing production environment. Have practices/experience for welding, casting, machining and assembly quality control or inspection of heavy machinery equipment. At least two years of quality control or management experience. Good English language skills in reading, writing & verbal. Good computer skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of relevant regulation and procedure for ISO9001, HSE system and industry standards.
