Ihre Rolle Verantwortung für den globalen Projekteinkauf von Bau -, Projektsteuerungs- und  Planungsleistungen für Neubau- und Umbauprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, Projektleitern, Generalplanern und Projektsteuerern Erstellung von Marktanalysen zu regionalen und EU-Anbietern Konzeption und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen sowie Auswertung von Angeboten Eigenverantwortliche Verhandlungsführung und Vergabe von Bauleistungen Übernahme von Aufgaben des Vertragsmanagements Verantwortung für das Reporting der Vergaben Vorantreiben des Lieferantenmanagements Erarbeitung von Projektvergabestrategien Abwehr von Nachträgen und Claims (Claim Management) Übernahme des Category-Managements für einzelne Gewerkegruppen Ihr Profil Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bau-/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Baumanagement oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bauleistungseinkauf Technische und kaufmännische Kompetenz oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung in der Immobilien- und Bauwirtschaft Fundierte Kenntnisse im nationalen Werkvertragsrecht, der HOAI und der VOB Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und eine selbständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise Souveränes und selbstbewusstes Auftreten sowie sehr ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Sandra Köhler
