In this role, you will work closely with the Internal Venturing Team to identify and develop future business opportunities for ZEISS. Your Role With us, you have the opportunity to perfectly combine your studies with practical experience while actively contributing to exciting projects. Actively support the Internal Venturing Team in all business validation processes (program management, community management, workshops, events) Assist in the support and management of internal portfolio projects Contribute to the preparation of decision-making materials for key decision gates Help structure and maintain internal knowledge bases or opportunity pipelines Apply and further develop existing tools and methods Gain comprehensive insights into ZEISS’s business and technology developments Your Profile Ongoing studies ideally in a master's degree in a technical and/or business-related field like innovation, strategy or similar Proven excellent academic performance Relevant practical experience in entrepreneurship/start-ups and/or incubators/accelerators Passion for innovation, new ideas, and technologies Some basic knowledge of innovation and management Strong ability to work in an open, independent, precise, and reliable manner High level of initiative and problem-solving ability Very good English skills and are proficient in MS Office ​ Sounds exciting?
