Ihre Rolle Der Senior IT-Programm- und Projektmanager ist verantwortlich für die Leitung von IT-Programmen und IT-Projekten in der Shared Production Unit sowie auch der Leitung des Field of Competence "Smart Manufacturing Solutions" Er ist Berater für strategische IT-Programme/Projekte/Initiativen und die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Strategie und -Programmplanung innerhalb des Werks Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Analyse und Koordination der Ausarbeitung von IT Prozesse und Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit den Geschäftsvertretern des Business Einheiten innerhalb der Segmente und IT-Experten Überwachung der Implementierung zur Identifizierung von Abweichungen und Einleitung notwendiger Gegenmaßnahmen. Sicherstellung und Steuerung der regelmäßigen Abstimmung dieser Transformation mit anderen laufenden Prozessen und Schlüsselprojekten Ihr Profil Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Organisationsentwicklung, der IT- und Prozessberatung und umfangreiche Erfahrung im Change Management in komplexen Transformationsprojekten Einschlägige Berufserfahrung und nachweisliche Erfolge in der Leitung von IT Programm- und Projektmanagement bei bereichs- und standortübergreifenden IT-Großprojekten mit hoher Beratungstiefe Fundierte Kenntnisse in Data & Analytics, Digitalisierung, Industrie 4.0 Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Projektmanagementtools, Moderation, Präsentation und Kommunikation, in deutscher und englischer Sprache Klarer Fokus und Blick auf Kostencontrolling Fähigkeit, Konzepte zu entwickeln, zu strukturieren und verständlich zu dokumentieren Hohe kommunikative Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern umzugehen, insbesondere bei schwierigen Anforderungen hinsichtlich Standardisierungs- und Anpassungsbedarfen Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Christina Friedel
