1. 负责客服中心整体运营数据体系的搭建与维护，包括服务量、效率、质量、体验等核心指标的定义、口径管理与持续优化。 2. 基于客户服务数据开展日常、周度、月度分析，输出可执行的洞察与建议，为客服运营策略及资源配置提供数据支持。 3. 支持客服相关项目的数据分析工作，如外包项目、系统上线、流程优化、NPS/CSAT提升等，提供项目过程监控及效果评估。 4. 设计并维护标准化分析报表与可视化看板（Power BI等），实现数据自动化、可视化与自助化使用。 5. 与客服运营、培训、质量管理、IT、产品、供应链等部门协作，推动跨部门数据对齐及问题闭环。 6. 对异常数据进行追踪与深度分析，识别关键问题根因，提出改进方案并跟进落地效果。 7. 协助撰写月度运营分析报告及高管汇报材料，将复杂数据转化为简洁清晰的业务语言。 8. 指导或参与基础数据处理规范的制定，提升客服中心整体数据使用能力。 1. 大专及以上学历，统计学、数学、信息管理、计算机、商业分析等相关专业优先。 2. 约5年及以上数据分析相关工作经验，有客服中心/呼叫中心/服务运营分析经验优先。 3. 熟练使用Excel进行数据清洗、建模及分析，熟悉常用函数、数据透视表及Power Query。熟悉PPT的制作。 4. 熟练掌握SQL，能够独立完成多表关联查询与数据抽取。 5. 熟练使用Power BI或同类BI工具进行报表设计与可视化呈现。 6. 具备良好的逻辑思维与结构化表达能力，能将分析结果转化为业务可理解的结论与建议。 7. 具备良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能够理解业务场景并提供针对性分析支持。加分项： * 具备中大型客服中心相关工作经验/背景 * 掌握Python、R、SPSS、Tableau等一种或多种统计或编程工具 * 英语可作为工作语言 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
