ZEISS Microoptics ist als Einheit des strategischen Geschäftsbereichs Photonics & Optics spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung, Optimierung, Mastering, Replikation und Integration von Optikanwendungen auf Basis von mikrooptischen und holografisch-optischen Elementen. Ihre Rolle Im neu gegründeten Geschäftsbereich Aerospace entwickeln Sie mit uns hochleistungsfähige optische Systeme für die Luftfahrt. Mittels holografischer Technologien werden kompakte Head-Up-Displays der nächsten Generation in Cockpits und transparente Displays für Kabineninnenräume industrialisiert. Wir suchen einen Entwickler (m/w/x) für optische Messtechnik mit Schwerpunkt Entwicklung von Mess- und Prüfständen für First Article Inspection (FAI) und Prozessüberwachung in der Fertigung von luftfahrttauglichen optischen Systemen. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören u.a.: Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Aufbau, Wartung und Betrieb von Mess- und Prüfaufbauten zur Prüfung optischer Komponenten und Systeme, sowohl für die Entwicklung als auch in der Serienfertigung (End-of-Line Prüfung) Dokumentation der Mess- und Prüfsysteme für Zertifizierungs- und Kundenaudits Durchführung und Überwachung der Kalibrierung von Mess- und Prüfmitteln im Rahmen der Prüfmittelüberwachung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Fertigung und Qualitätsmanagement zur Sicherstellung qualitativ hochwertiger luftfahrttechnischer Optikprodukte (EN 9100) Automatisierung von Messabläufen sowie Auswertung und Visualisierung von Messdaten zur Überwachung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen Planung und Organisation der Messdatenablage Ergreifen Sie die Chance und erweitern Sie die Kompetenzen des Expertenteams durch Ihre Expertise sowie Leidenschaft für hochtechnologische Produkte. Ihr Wissen zahlt direkt auf die Zeiss Microoptics ein. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt in einer der Disziplinen Optik, Photonik, Physik, Feinwerktechnik, Maschinenbau, Mess- und Automatisierungstechnik, wissenschaftlicher Gerätebau oder vergleichbares Einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit optischer Messtechnik, sowie Entwicklung und Konstruktion optischer Prüfstände Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen mittels parametrischer 3D-CAD-Systeme, vorzugsweise in PTC Creo 10 Praktische Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und Hardwareansteuerung mittels Python, C# und C++ Kenntnisse gängiger Praktiken der Softwareentwicklung in den Bereichen Tests, Dokumentation, Versionskontrolle und Deployment Strukturierte, selbständige, qualitätsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kenntnisse für luftfahrtspezifische Qualitäts- und Dokumentationsanforderungen von Vorteil Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Stefanie Kretschmann
