Dass wir mit unserem Tun einen direkten Einfluss auf das Wohl der Menschen haben, ist unser täglicher Antrieb.  Ihre Rolle Unterstützung von GenAI Applikationen in Marketing und Customer Experience Use Cases Umsetzung von Effizienzmaßnahmen um Routineprozesse (e.g. Kampagnenerstellung, Ausführung von Marketingmaßnahmen, Kampagnenerfolgskontrolle, Salesunterstützung) durch AI Tools und deren Implementierung in der digitalen Kundenplattform Aufbau von AI Skills und Trainingsmaßnahmen für AI Tools in den Teams und der globalen Organisation Ihr Profil erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft, Medien, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar starkes Interesse an digitalem Marketing, Marketing Automation und Nutzung von Kundendaten erste Berührungspunkte mit E-Mail-Marketing, CRM- oder Marketing-Tools sind von Vorteil (kein Muss) sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Freude daran, mehrere Themen parallel zu koordinieren Fähigkeit in globalen Teams zu Arbeiten und die Bereitschaft zum Reisen Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Marina Löw, Matthias Sonnentag
