So sammelst Du wertvolle Erfahrungen, baust Dein Netzwerk auf und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter.  Während Deines Praktikums bei uns im Team unterstützt Du vorzugsweise ab dem 01.06.2025 in strategischen und operativen Aufgaben. Dabei erhältst Du spannende Einblicke in aktuelle Themen & Projekte rund um die Themen Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung auf globaler Ebene. Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass Du während Deines Praktikums bei uns nicht nur Aufgaben übernimmst, sondern auch eigene Ideen einbringen und aktiv an Projekten mitwirken kannst. Bei folgenden Aufgaben wirst Du mitwirken: Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops, Trainings und Lernpfaden für Mitarbeitende, Expert/innen und Führungskräfte Unterstützung unseres Teams in vielfältigen, globalen Projekten und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Kommunikationsunterlagen, Videos und anderen zukunftsgerichteten Formaten für unsere unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen Übernahme spannender Recherche-Arbeiten für Konzepte oder neue, innovative Personalentwicklungsthemen und direkte Unterstützung bei Ausgestaltung & Rollout Dein Profil Ausbildung: ein Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Verfügbarkeit: Praktikumsdauer von mindestens 6 Monaten um dir einen umfassenden Einblick in den Bereich zu gewähren und eine hohe Lernkurve sicherzustellen Know-how: Erste Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich HR bzw. Personalentwicklung wünschenswert Motivation: Du hast Interesse in den HR- Bereich mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung zu schnuppern und hast den Mut, neue oder unbekannte Themen eigenständig anzupacken Arbeitsweise: sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten Sprachen: sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Arbeit Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Franziska Gansloser
