【Main Task】 • Represent Carl Zeiss SMS in Taiwan, continually enhancing knowledge of application-related issues for metrology and tuning tools. • Assume a leading role in application support for metrology and tuning tools, serving as a communication conduit between customers and ZEISS headquarters. • Participate in regular meetings with customers to summarize and report issues, providing technical feed-back. • Monitor action items and unresolved issues with customers to ensure prompt resolution. • Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support both locally and at headquarters, including conducting technical presentations and identifying potential business opportunities. • Engage in periodic training at headquarters in Jena or Oberkochen, Germany. • Be prepared to travel for extended periods to assist domestic and international customers. • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. 【Education】 • A master’s degree or higher in technology relevant to the semiconductor industry is required, with a prefer-ence for a major in Optical Engineering or Physics. 【Experience】 • An optical background, along with experience in metrology and EUVL (Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography) • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry. 【Other skills】 • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks independently, is self-motivated, and works effectively as part of a team. • Possesses excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • Willing to travel domestically and internationally. • Has hands-on experience with EUV lithography or semiconductor processing equipment. • Exhibits strong data analysis skills, with a proven ability to address complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of symptoms or data, supported by various technical resources.
