Dass wir mit unserem Tun einen direkten Einfluss auf das Wohl der Menschen haben, ist unser täglicher Antrieb.    Als Fertigungsmitarbeiter für unsere automatisierte Treatment Packs (RTP) Linie im Produktionsbereich Operations Devices stellen sie den Betrieb  Betrieb vollautomatischer Anlagen, von der Überwachung, Kontrolle bis zur Wartung und Fehleranalyse der Produktionsanlage nach entsprechender Vorgabe sicher. Ihre Rolle Sie bedienen automatische Produktionsanlagen zur Herstellung von Medizinprodukten Sie erkennen, melden und beheben Maschinenstörungen nach festen Vorgaben Sie stellen Einwegprodukte unter Reinraumbedingungen her Sie nehmen die Qualitätsprüfung am Produkt vor (Verklebung, Sauberkeit, Dichtigkeit) Sie stellen die internen logistischen Abläufe, wie: Bestandsprüfung, Transport, Lagerung und Verpackung sicher Sie kennen den Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen Sie führen SAP Buchungsvorgänge durch Sie unterstützen beim Anlernen und Trainieren neuer Mitarbeiter und sind erster Ansprechpartner Sie erkennen Verbesserungspotentiale und arbeiten an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten mit Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker oder einer anderen technischen Fachrichtung Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Maschinen und vollautomatisierten Fertigungsanlagen unter Reinraumbedingungen Ein hohes technisches Verständnis, verbunden mit Erfahrung in Aufnahme und Beseitigung von Störungen - und Fehlern der Anlage Erfahrung mit Reinraumbedingungen Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im 3-Schicht-System Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Eine genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationtalent Spaß in der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse Erste Erfahrung mit Buchungssystemen, wie SAP sind wünschenswert Erste Erfahrung mit Prozessverbesserung und Lean Ansätzen sind wünschenswert Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Jana Benn
