Die strategische Geschäftseinheit ZEISS Photonics & Optics bündelt starke Consumer Products und High-End-Technologien für Simulations- und Projektionslösungen. Für die Serialisierung der Fertigung und der weiteren Digitalisierung suchen wir einen Prozessingenieur (m/w/x). Ihre Rolle Analyse und Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Wertstroms und der Prozesse der Kleinserienfertigung (Abschluss Serialisierung und Ramp-up) Schulung, Anleitung und Coaching des Produktionsteams in Sicherheit, Qualität, Lean und Zusammenarbeit Pflege von Arbeitsplänen, Prüfanweisungen, Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen, sowie Aktualisierung prozessrelevanter Standards Systematische Fehleranalyse, Ableitung und Umsetzung von Korrektur/Vorbeugemaßnahmen sowie Weiterentwicklung mit Lean Methoden Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung innerhalb der Kleinserie und der Fertigungsqualität Abstimmung mit Einkauf und Lieferanten bei technischen oder logistischen Abweichungen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken und Fähigkeit, Wertströme mit  Lean Management, KVP, 5S, Kaizen, Pareto ganzheitlich weiterzuentwickeln Sehr praxisorientierte, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise; sicher auf dem Shopfloor mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur gegenseitigen Vertretung im Overhead‑Team.
