Während Deines Praktikums unterstützt Du unser Recruiting Coordination Team an unserem Standort in Oberkochen, Jena oder München vorzugsweise für einen Zeitraum von 5 bis 7 Monate ab Juni/Juli 2026 - und erhältst umfassende Einblicke in die Welt des Talent Acquisitions. Dabei erwarten Dich unter anderem folgende Aufgaben: Terminkoordination von Interviews mit Bewerbenden (intern wie extern), Fachbereichen und Recruiter*innen Veröffentlichung und Pflege von Stellenausschreibungen auf verschiedenen Plattformen Begleitung unserer Bewerbenden durch den gesamten Recruitingprozess und Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience Mitwirkung an Recruiting-Projekten und Unterstützung bei deren Organisation Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reportings und Übersichten Du lernst, wie modernes Recruiting in einem globalen Unternehmen funktioniert – von der Ausschreibung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung. Dein Profil Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Recruiting oder HR (z. B. Studienschwerpunkte, Werkstudierendentätigkeit oder Praktikum) Freude an Kommunikation und Organisation Verantwortungsbewusster und diskreter Umgang mit sensiblen Daten Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Dann werde Teil von #teamZEISS und gestalte mit uns die Zukunft!
