Your Role Manage all lifecycle stages of M&A/PMI projects from the Service perspective, including both Due Diligence as well as Post-Merger Integration projects Develop and apply upside potential & risk scenario assessment frameworks for Service Define and assess target operating models for Service, covering processes, products, systems, org structure and footprint Develop and implement PMI plans for Service Coordinate sizeable cross-functional teams within the global matrix, including a broad range of central and regional functions as well as third parties Your Profile Minimum B.Sc. degree in business administration, business engineering or similar; an advanced degree (e. g. M.Sc., MBA) will be a plus Several years of exposure to Customer Service, preferably in MedTech Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, complex environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a diligent, results-oriented working style Strong communication, collaboration, and networking skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of the organization A passion for designing and optimizing business processes Solid experience with enterprise IT systems such as SAP and SalesForce Solid command of project management methodology and relevant IT tools (milestone/capacity planning etc.), e. g.
