Die strategische Geschäftseinheit ZEISS Photonics & Optics bündelt starke Consumer Products und High-End-Technologien für Simulations- und Projektionslösungen. Für die Entwicklung innerhalb der SIM suchen wir einen Head of R&D (m/w/x). Ihre Rolle Führung und Weiterentwicklung des interdisziplinären Teams aus bis zu 9 Kolleg:innen Verantwortung für die Technologie- und Produkt-Roadmap insbesondere für die Definition, Priorisierung und Umsetzung Steuerung der Entwicklungsprojekte von der Idee bis zur Industrialisierung Vorantreiben technologischer Weiterentwicklung, inkl. Einsatz von KI und Technologie-Screening Sicherstellung klarer Prozesse, transparenter Entscheidungen und effizienter Zusammenarbeit Enge Abstimmung mit dem Management und relevanten Schnittstellen im ZEISS Konzern Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes höheres natur oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in Teamführung, technischer Projektsteuerung und Motivation Fundiertes Wissen in Optik, Software, Hardwareintegration, Mechanik und Elektronik Starke Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit einem strategischen Denkansatz und strukturierter Arbeitsweise Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, um effektiv mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Christian Hohaus
