Deine Rolle Bei uns hast Du die Möglichkeit, Studium und Praxis optimal miteinander zu verbinden und aktiv an spannenden Projekten mitzuarbeiten. So sammelst Du wertvolle Erfahrungen, baust Dein Netzwerk auf und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter. Außerdem wirst du: An Corporate Content Projekten und Kampagnen mitarbeiten Bei der Durchführung von Datenanalysen und bei der Generierung von Insights unterstützen, um so die Performance von Content Kampagnen zu optimieren und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten An der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der end-to-end Content Zusammenarbeit mitwirken (inkl. Content Collaboration Tools, Prozesse, Data & Analytics) Bei der Erstellung von Data & Analytics Reportings, Analysen und Präsentationen mitarbeiten und diese visualisieren Das interdisziplinäre Projektteam in der agilen Arbeitsweise unterstützen (z.B. Meetings/Workshops organisieren, vorbereiten und dokumentieren) Bei der redaktionellen Themenplanung und -umsetzung unterstützen Selbständig Präsentationen vorbereiten, Recherchen durchführen (z.B. zu Content Trends, Formate, relevante Themen für ZEISS), dokumentieren und vorstellen Dein Profil Ein Bachelor-Studium (mind. 4 Semester) im Bereich Online Marketing, Marketing-Kommunikation, Medien-/Kommunikationswissenschaften, Informationsmanagement, Unternehmenskommunikation oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Eine strukturierte, proaktive, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team und an Organisation Hohes Interesse an Content Marketing und Social Media sowie an den Themen Innovation, Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit Eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen sowie ein sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Interesse an Data Analytics Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint oder bestenfalls Erfahrung im Umgang mit agilen Collaboration Tools wie MS Teams, Miro sowie Analytics Tools im Bereich Social Listening & Web Analytics Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Erfahrung im internationalen Bereich Klingt spannend?
