Ihre Rolle Sicherstellung der Vermeidung von Abhängigkeiten vom Technical Dept sowie der Nutzung von Vorteilen durch die Nähe zum Plattform-Standard und dessen Weiterentwicklungen Beratung und Begleitung der Zeiss-internen Fachbereiche auf Basis der eigenen fachlichen Kompetenz Unterstützung bei der Erfassung und Analyse von Anforderungen Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung von Vorgaben und Compliance mit den fachlichen Anforderungen im Solution Design Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der verantworteten Produkte und Lösungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen ServiceNow Produkt-Teams zu übergreifenden Themen Mitwirkung als wesentlicher Bestandteil des DevOps Produkt-Teams Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder vergleichbar Fundierte Berufserfahrung und nachweisbare Erfolge als ServiceNow Solution Architekt / Business Analyst in den relevanten ServiceNow Produkten Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung von ServiceNow Implementierungsprojekten Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Integration von Drittsystemen über verschiedene Integrationstechnologien Ausgeprägter Hintergrund als ServiceNow oder Full Stack Developer von Vorteil Idealerweise ITIL Foundation Level Zertifizierung und Projektmanagement Zertifizierung Vertrautheit mit agilen Arbeitswelten sowie agilen und hybriden Projektstrukturen in Verbindung mit einer starken Teamplayer-Mentalität Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Mrs. Selina Riccio
