So sammelst Du wertvolle Erfahrungen, baust Dein Netzwerk auf und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter. Unter anderem wirst du: Bei bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Unterlagen, Anleitungen und Schulungsdokumenten für Führungskräfte und HR Kollegen unterstützen Bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen mitwirken Das Team im HR Business Service bei der Bearbeitung von diversen HR-Themen und bei der administrativen Durchführung von Standard-Prozessen (z.B. im Kontext Arbeitszeit, Zeugnisse, Verträge, usw.) unterstützen Mitarbeiteranfragen über unterschiedliche Eingangskanäle (z.B. Ticketsystem, Telefon-Hotline) beantworten und weiterleiten HR Dokumente vorbereiten (z.B. Betriebsratsanhörungen, etc.) und in der digitalen Personalakte ablegen Dein Profil Studium in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs IT-Affinität und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von MS Office (insb. Word und Excel) eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise eine ausgeprägte Kontaktstärke sowie Serviceorientierung Spaß daran, viel zu lernen und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten Klingt spannend?
