Deine Rolle Du möchtest neben dem Studium echte Management-Luft schnuppern und an einer strategisch relevanten Transformation mitwirken? In dieser Rolle unterstützt du ein unternehmensweites SAP- und Salesforce-Großprogramm und arbeitest direkt an Themen mit, die auf Vorstandsebene entschieden werden. Das erwartet dich: Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management-Präsentationen für Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat und Steuerungsgremien Unterstützung im Value Case Management – von der Business-Case-Logik bis zum Tracking der Wertbeiträge Strukturierung von Entscheidungsunterlagen und Vorbereitung von Gremienterminen Sparring mit dem Programmmanagement zu strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen Mitarbeit im Risiko- und Issue-Management inklusive Analyse und Entwicklung von Lösungsoptionen Unterstützung bei Budget- und Ressourcenplanung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Controlling Flexible Arbeitsgestaltung mit Kombination aus Office-Präsenz und mobilem Arbeiten Direkte Einbindung in ein strategisches Transformationsprogramm mit hoher Management-Sichtbarkeit Steile Lernkurve und enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Projekt- und Programmleitern Dein Profil Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften Erste praktische Erfahrung im Consulting, Inhouse Consulting, Strategy, Corporate Development oder vergleichbaren analytischen Funktionen Sehr gutes Verständnis für die Strukturierung komplexer Sachverhalte sowie für Business Cases und Management-Reporting Ausgeprägte PowerPoint-Skills (Executive-taugliche Präsentationen) Hohe analytische Kompetenz, Zahlenaffinität und strategisches Denkvermögen Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift  Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA oder Salesforce sind von Vorteil Klingt spannend?
