Sie entwickeln direkt an Hardware und Software mit, bringen moderne Röntgentechnologie, präzise Messtechnik und smarte Inspektionslösungen zusammen – und sehen Ihre Ergebnisse live im System, das später in der Qualitätssicherung weltweit im Einsatz ist. Ihre Rolle Konzeptentwicklung, Planung und vollständige Umsetzung von Steuerungssystemen für automatisierte und teilautomatisierte industrielle Röntgen-CT-System Entwicklung von technischen Lösungen für neue automatisierte Systeme und deren Komponenten, einschließlich SPS Maschinensteuerung, HMI und BUS-Systeme Entwicklung/ Begleitung von Schalt- bzw. Stromlaufplänen sowie der Projektierung mit EPLAN Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Fehleranalyse der eingesetzten SPS-Steuerungslösungen Durchführung der Inbetriebnahme von Prototypenanlagen in unseren Werken, vorzugsweise in Oberkochen und beim Kunden vor Ort Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation bzw. Prüfung der Unterlagen auf inhaltliche Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit Schnittstellenfunktion in regelmäßigem Austausch mit Kunden, Lieferanten und den internen Stakeholdern als Teil eines globalen F&E-Teams Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen, Vorschriften und Normen wie z. B. CE, UL/CSA Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung, sowie vorzugsweise eine davor abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker mit Fachrichtung Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbares Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Entwicklung elektrischer Systeme, der Automatisierungstechnik, der SPS-Maschinenprogrammierung und bei der Inbetriebnahme von Produktionssystemen Berufserfahrung in Erstellung und Nutzung von Elektro-Hardware-Schaltplänen in EPLAN sind von Vorteil Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Bussystemen und mit Visualisierungssoftware (HMI) Sehr gutes Grundverständnis der Funktion automatisierter Maschinen, Anlagen und zugehöriger Fördertechnik, insbesondere Antriebstechnik und Robotertechnik sowie der zugehörigen Sicherheitstechnik Teamfähigkeit und internationale Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Fertigstellung unserer Maschinen und der Übergabe an die Kunden proaktive, lösungsorientierte und systematische Arbeitsweise sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft der X-Ray Technologie innerhalb der ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS).
