Als Projektmanager technische Gebäudeausrüstung (m/w/x) Real Estate Management übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung, verfügen über ausgeprägte Fachkompetenz und haben ein hohes Maß an Empathie, um ein engagiertes Team von Fachleuten und sind Impulsgebern fachlich zu steuern. Ihre Rolle Betriebsführung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen sowie die Dienstleisterkoordination (Beauftragung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister) Sicherstellung der Betreiberverantwortung Erstellung der gebäudetechnischen Instandhaltungsplanung, die sowohl den hohen technischen Anforderungen als auch den Nachhaltigkeitszielen von ZEISS gerecht werden Verantwortung bei der Betriebsaufnahme des Hightech Standort Jena für die Gewerke der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sowie Unterstützung verschiedener Teilprojekte zur Betriebsaufnahme Fachliche Unterstützung von Teammitgliedern bei Instandhaltungs- und Umbauprojekten Monitoring der Betriebszustände der Anlagen und technischen Einrichtungen, Ableitung notwendiger Sicherungsmaßnahmen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Anlagentechnik / Betriebsabläufe Mitwirkung bei der Ausschreibung oder Beendigung von Verträgen mit Dienstleistern Mitwirken bei der Weiterentwicklung einer digitalen Gebäudestrategie Ihr Profil Staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in oder Versorgungsingenieur:in Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betriebsführung von Anlagen und Betriebstechnik, Planung und Konzeption von Anlagen/Leistungen Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer FM-Dienstleister und erste Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAFM-Systemen, fachspezifisch einschlägigen Rechts- und Verwaltungsvorschriften, technischen Regeln und Bestimmungen (PrüfVO, VDMA) Interesse an Digitalisierung von technischen Abläufen Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Christian Hohaus
