Ihre Rolle Umsetzung der kommerziellen Geschäftsanforderungen der SBU SMO und den damit kaufmännischen- und Geschäftsprozessen, mit dem Ziel das Business in deren Exekution optimal bedienen zu können und dieses zu „enablen“ Umsetzung und Implementierung der kommerziellen und Field of Business-übergreifenden Businessprozesse: Key Account Management, Value Creation and Protection, Customer Contracting, Negotiations umfassendes Key Account Management, hauptsächlich mit dem strategischem Partner aber auch mit weiteren Kunden Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Implementation des strategischen Rahmenvertrags zwischen und strategischem Partner Erstellen, Abstimmen und Gestalten von internen- und externen Prozessen, die gemeinsames marktgerechtes Handeln ermöglichen und erleichtern Erstellen von Produkt- oder Field of Business Forecasts (Absatz- und Umsatz) als Basis für die Finanzplanung (FC0, FC1, FC2, FC3, FA, MTP) sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Produktlinienstrategie Leitung von Projekten zur Überwachung, Optimierung und Sicherstellung der kaufmännischen Prozesse und Angelegenheiten an den internen und externen Kundenschnittstellen Strukturierung, Gestaltung und Durchführung von komplexen Verhandlungen im Kontext des ASBA (ungeklärte Themen, neue Themen, notwendige Amendments) sowie flexibler Einsatz als Verhandlungsexperte bei SMT-weiten Verhandlungen Ihr Profil Ausbildung: Dipl.-Phys. oder Dipl.-Ing., jeweils mit zusätzlichen kaufmännischen Kenntnissen (ggf. MBA) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Dipl. Wirtschaftsingenieur) mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung breite und vertiefte kaufmännische Kenntnisse Planungserfahrung (Demand & Supply, Kapazitätsplanung), möglichst aus dem Bereich der Halbleiterzulieferer / OEM Business fundierte Projektmanagement Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Führen von Projekten Erfahrung in der lateralen Führung von Mitarbeitern sonstige Kenntnisse: Key Account Management, Optik, Vertragsgestaltung und -verhandlung, rechtliche Grundlagen, Exportkontrolle verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Georgios Tanoglou
