Die SPU ist die gemeinsame Produktionseinheit von ZEISS. Wir produzieren Schlüsselkomponenten für unsere ZEISS Sparten und sind damit der Befähiger und die Hand des Pioniers ZEISS. Mit uns werden kreative Ideen verlässlich umgesetzt.   Ihre Rolle   Werden Sie Teil der neu aufgebauten Instandhaltung am Standort Wetzlar und bringen Sie hochkomplexe Sonderanlagen für die Halbleitertechnik zuverlässig ans Laufen. Sie erwartet ein neues, engagiertes Team mit vier Mitarbeitenden sowie die fachliche Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung an zwei Standorten. Mitgestaltung beim Aufbau und bei der Etablierung des neuen Instandhaltungsteams am Standort Wetzlar Service, Wartung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Fertigungs- und Sonderanlagen mit dem Schwerpunkt Beschichtungs-, Ionenstrahl-, Roboter-, Plasma-, Reinigungs- und Vakuumanlagen Implementierung und Optimierung von vorbeugenden Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen Anfertigung von Ersatzteilen, Zusatz- und Hilfseinrichtungen nach Zeichnungen oder Skizzen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs Planung und Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen und Projekten Ihr Profil erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker oder Elektroniker (m/w/x) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, gerne mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Techniker (m/w/x) oder Meister (m/w/x) fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fehlerdiagnose und Reparatur von Sonder- und Produktionsanlagen Erfahrung in der Automatisierung und Programmierung (Siemens SPS) sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse in der Vakuumtechnik wünschenswert Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Bereitschaft zu flexiblem Arbeitseinsatz (Schichtarbeit, Bereitschaftsdienst, Samstagsarbeit) bei Bedarf Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Miriam Golda
