Support Consumer eye Care head for strategic meetings, budget planning, and other related management reporting for achieving getting stronger support from stakeholders Experience Brand marketing management or digital activation experience in food, fast fashion, FMCG.   Experience in Brand architecture design, brand management and integrated marketing plan Experienced in digital marketing activations, familiar with eCommerce and other social media platform of China. Proven record in product launch success, and contribution to the brand growth Experience in E2E responsibilities from to ideal to product activation and lifecycle management Experience in managing people Education Bachelor degree above , preferable from background of business management, marketing, industrial design, sociology, food industry, Fast Fashion, FMCG,etc. Study or working abroad experience is a plus Other Skills Experience in brand marketing and integrated marketing planning is a must Digital marketing experience is a must    Fluent in speaking and writing English Strong leadership in collaborating with cross function team and management reporting   Strong learning agility and resilience Creative, out-going, positive Experience in 0-1 is a plus   Experience in P&L management is a plus Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
