Ihre Rolle Als Claim Manager der Abteilung Global Construction Projects bei ZEISS sind Sie der zentrale Experte für Honorarfragen, Baukosten und Bauverträge. Sie agieren weltweit in Projektphasen, um strittige Claims zu prüfen, zu verhandeln und ungerechtfertigte Forderungen abzuwehren. Ihre Rolle ist entscheidend für den Schutz von ZEISS und die Steigerung der Effizienz unserer Projekte. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung managen Sie strittige Forderungen und tragen maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer Bauprojekte bei. Durchführung umfassender Prüfung und Bewertungen eingereichter Forderungen von Planern und Baufirmen, einschließlich rechtlicher, vertraglicher und technischer Aspekte Entwicklung und Implementierung strategischer Ansätze zur Verhandlung strittiger Forderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung effektive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern sowie transparente Kommunikation der Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen an alle Beteiligten für reibungslose Verhandlungen proaktive Identifikation und Bewertung potenzieller Gegenforderungen, Analyse von Vertragsverletzungen und Durchsetzung berechtigter Ansprüche Durchführung von Risikoanalysen zur frühzeitigen Identifikation potenzieller Probleme und Implementierung präventiver Maßnahmen Erstellung detaillierter Berichte über Verhandlungsstatus und Ergebnisse für die Geschäftsführung und relevante Stakeholder Unterstützung bei der strategischen Planung durch Prognosen und Szenarioanalysen sowie Beratung bei komplexen Baukosten- und Honorarfragen Ihr Profil ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen Architektur, Bau- / Wirtschafts-Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit einer Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Vertragsrecht mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung oder im Bau-Projektmanagement von komplexen Neu-/Umbauten oder im Claim Management ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und vertragliches Verständnis eine sehr selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität ein hohes Maß an Team – und Kommunikationsfähigkeit ein stark ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie souveräner Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Sandra Köhler
