Purpose of this position / Position summary Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets •Will be responsible for sales and collection for assigned customers in territory •Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers   •Education – Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales •Experience – Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Consumer products industry •Strong channel & distribution management skills •The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities. •Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist. •Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments. •Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities. •Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges   Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Itishree Pani
