Ihre Rolle Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Analyse und Kommentierung der Abschlüsse der ZEISS-Gruppe Sicherstellung der Anwendung der ZEISS-internen und -externen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS) Hauptansprechpartner*in für sämtliche Konsolidierungsfragen Sicherstellung der Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Abschlüsse sowie fachliche Vertretung der Konsolidierungsinhalte gegenüber den Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen Gewährleistung von Klarheit und umfassender Informationsbereitstellung bei der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses Projektverantwortung bei der Einführung einer neuen Konsolidierungssoftware Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben im Bereich Konsolidierung Umsetzung der digitalen Transformation der Konzernkonsolidierung Teamführung Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in einer internationalen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft und/oder im Konzernrechnungswesen eines internationalen Konzerns Hochgradiges Expertenwissen in den Bereichen Accounting und Konsolidierung Umfassende Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Projekten Nachhaltige Erfahrung in fachlicher oder disziplinarischer Führung Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint sowie mit ERP- und Konsolidierungssoftware (SAP SEM/BCS) Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung und bitten Sie, dieser auch Ihre Arbeitszeugnisse beizufügen.
